Awakening is just the beginning to realigning with our true nature. Along the path there are many things that arise and in the process of realignment, we find ourselves in new territory. This means an end to the “process of healing” that perhaps we have become accustom to and a new way of operation begins to unfold. We no longer need to relive the past in order to let it go, we no longer need to create new identities to inflate the part of us that we now begin to realise is not the True self. It is along this investigation that we find a group of sensations, concepts and perceptions has been mistaken for our identity and it is here that we start to melt back into wholeness. The path is direct and simple. This conversation with experiential and explorative meditations will help to illuminate the way.
